This deposit will hold the puppy until it is 8 weeks old. I understand that “O’Sullivan Westie’s” will hold the puppy until he/she is 8 weeks old at which time I agree to take possession of the puppy. Once the puppy turns 8 weeks old, if I do not or cannot take possession of him/her, I need to contact the sellers in writing and I agree that I will need to pay $50.00 per week for a maximum of 2 additional weeks (the $50.00 per week charge is in addition to the price of the puppy). Once the puppy has been held for 2 weeks (after he/she has turned 8 weeks old), if I still have not or cannot take possession of the puppy, I will forfeit my deposit in whole and “O’Sullivan Westie’s” may put the puppy up to be resold at their discretion.

If the remaining balance of $_____________ is not paid within five business days from notification of pups availability, seller may offer said puppy to another owner without any further obligation to buyer placing this deposit.

The dog is purebred and pedigree is correct and given at time of sale. Dog is register able with the ACA, CKC unless form is withheld per written agreement.

The health of this animal is guaranteed for seven (7) working days through examination by a veterinarian at the option and expense of the buyer. If the dog is found to be in unsatisfactory health and written documentation of the condition is presented, the seller shall, provided dog and its registration papers are returned with within three (3) working days, at sellers option:

3. This animal is guaranteed to be free of hereditary crippling/disabling defects visible by 12 months. Determination of what constitutes as hereditary defect is to be made by the

Unanimous agreement of two (2) veterinarians agreeable to both parties, One of these veterinarians to be Board Certified in the applicable specially. Cost of the opinions are to be assumed by the buyer. The seller will replace with the next like available prospect of mutually agreeable animal provided the living dog and its registration papers are returned to seller.

4. Buyer agrees to: annual veterinary check-ups, including heartworm check: to keep all immunizations current according to AVMA guidelines: to properly administer heartworm preventative: to provide adequate housing according to state laws: to confine animal in a fenced yard or kennel run, or walk on a leash but not to restrain on a rope or chain.

5. If buyer decides to sell or otherwise dispose of this dog; seller has the right of first refusal. (At any point in time and for any reason.)
